This contract covers your newly purchased puppy described below. We are not responsible for any associated charges such as veterinary fees, emergency health certificate fees, shipping or airline extra fees.
General Terms for Health Guarantee and the purchase of every puppy is subject to the following terms and conditions.
We guarantee puppies to be healthy at time of purchase.
Buyer must take puppy to their veterinarian within 48 hours (2 working days) for a general health check up after receiving the pup.
No puppy will be replaced that fails to have the proper regular veterinary care throughout the duration of the guarantee.
If the puppy is not examined by a licensed veterinarian within the 48 hours, no guarantee is made and no exchange will be accepted.
The puppy has been vaccinated with 5 in 1 vaccine. (Parvo, Distemper, Hepatitis, Adenovirus Type 2, Parainfluenza) I use Neopar for the second shot to help fight Parvo.
The pup(s) start to be wormed at 5 weeks of age. Seller does not guarantee against any internal or external parasites.(coccidiosis, giardiasis, worms or ear mites)
Congenital Defects: If your puppy develops a condition that dates back to the fetal stage and this condition would severely impact the quality of life short of euthanasia; he/she will be replaced as soon as one of same sex and quality is available.
Shipping
We ship by air only, at buyer's expense. Flight costs vary depending on airline and destination. You will receive a courtesy shipping crate and necessary items, together with health certificate, registration form and puppy instructions. Pups must be 8 weeks of age to be shipped and when AZ weather permits. Please allow up 7-10 business days after pup is paid in full for vet appointment and flight arraignments or confirmations etc. We cannot ship pups until they are 8 weeks or up to 10 weeks of age depending on size and when TEMPATURE PERMITS IN AZ SUMMER. We ship on Saturdays only. Buyer will pay shipping cost to replace puppy & ship other puppy back to seller (If shipping puppy back to seller this must be done within 2 weeks.) If the puppy is kept by buyer and treated, all veterinary bills are the responsibility of the new owner. Incase of death, an autopsy by a licensed vet, stating the cause of death would be required. In order to exchange puppy, cause of death must be due to a genetic condition. Puppy's body would need to be shipped back,(at buyers expense) so it could be examined a licensed vet of my choice,before a replacement of puppy. Seller is not responsible for any vet bills/ medical expenses etc.. such as cost of veterinarian checkups, Autopsy expense or for any medications or treatments that might be suggested after puppy leaves seller. All medical expenses are sole responsibility of the buyer. This guarantee is VOID if all conditions stated are not met. This contract is for the person purchasing the puppy only.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, Some examples are: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.
Hernias (naval & ingle) will be repaired before leaving if found before leaving to new home. Hernia repairs do not warrant exchange of puppy, as it is not life threatening & in no way interferes with quality of life of the puppy.
THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER; It does not cover injuries caused by a fall or because a puppy was harmed in any way. We recommend never to leave the puppy with out proper supervision or alone on a couch, table, bed, or anywhere it could fall. The breeder also recommends extra care when closing doors (especially patio doors) and when walking around such a tiny breed.
THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER; The fallowing minor flaws or any condition that is minor and those that can be corrected by a veterinarian intervention.
OPEN FRONTANEL OR MOLERA; A soft spot on the head, which is a unique feature of the Chihuahua and which may or may not grow closed.
HERNIAS of any kind
TESTICALS not descending
PATELLA LUXATION: in the event the puppy develops this condition, too short or to long of ligaments in the paws or feet, or leg area, the breeder will not be accountable and the purchaser takes full responsibility should the puppy have to be treated, at his own expense.
On Every Puppy sold, Buyer MUST mail a copy of new puppy check up (VET CHECK UP) to us with in 3 business days after purchase, if not guarantee is null and void.
It's in the best interest for buyers, NOT take your puppy to public places, such as parks, Pet stores where sick dogs may have been until your puppy is fully vaccinated. Other dogs can carry life threatening diseases such as Parvo. This is one of the reasons you must take your puppy to a licensed vet within 48 hours for this guarantee to be considered as valid.
Seller takes no responsibility for parvo or other contractible canine diseases, after 48 hours. During this time your licensed vet should have examined your puppy. This Health Guarantee has been placed in effect to protect both you as the Buyer and the Seller.
If any life threatening health problems are found at the time of this initial veterinarian examination, buyer must contact God's Little Creations immediately. A written statement from the veterinarian will be required.
All medications and immunizations stated on the pets medical record are given by God's Little Creations, with the exception of a rabies vaccine. We are not responsible should your veterinarian disregard the pups medical record causing an overload of vaccines, which can make the puppy sick.
We guarantee against any serious genetic defects: i.e., heart, lungs, kidneys, up to 24 months of age, please see your contract. NO WARRANTY IS GIVEN FOR PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH HYPOGLYCEMIA.
If, during this six month period, your puppy should succumb from any genetic problem, an autopsy from a State veterinary lab is required for replacement of the puppy and our local state this may require the body of the pup, buyers are responsible for expenses.
No return of puppy due to incompatibility, allergies, or landlord disputes will be accepted. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS.
No Cash Refund Will Be Made.
Deposits on Chihuahuas,and Yorkie Terriers are non-refundable but are transferable to another dog. If paying with Paypal a 3.5 % will be added to the total cost.
We do not guarantee you will be able to show or breed your Chihuahua or Yorkie. Although we try to predict grown size and color, we do not guarantee it and we do not guarantee if and when the ears will stand up or breeding capabilities.
Our puppies are registered with AKC & CKC (and on occasion non registered), but we cannot guarantee the ability to register puppies for reasons beyond our control. If the Seller needs to return your pup for reasons stated above, the buyer must present this signed contract, all registration papers and pedigrees, and medical paper work to us.
All precautions will be taken to assure that your puppy is properly crated and cared for, but we are not responsible for unforeseen occurrences on the part of the air carrier, air carrier personnel or airport handlers. We assume NO responsibility after shipping for any illnesses to the puppy brought on by the stress of the flight or motion sickness caused by the transporting or moving into a new home. Stress of the puppy can cause such illnesses as Hypoglycemia and Coccidian. We do not assume any responsibility for anything that may go wrong during transportation of your puppy such as but not limited too loss, death, illness and injury. The buyer assumes all responsibility, liability and acts associated with and to shipping the puppy.
Additional Important Information: God's Little Creations are available to approved homes only, preferably to those with no young children (4 years of age and under). Our Chihuahuas or teacups in any other breed sold are AKC & CKC registered and non registered. Once the puppy is old enough to be evaluated and priced, a non refundable deposit of $100.00 will hold the puppy of your choice. The balance is due in full before pick up of the puppy will be made. We accept PayPal, or postal money order only.
THIS WRITTEN CONTRACT TO PROTECT THE BUYER/SELLER. THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SELLER AND THE BUYER REGARDING THE STATE OF HEALTH, PHYSICAL CONDITION AND/OR LOSS OF THE ANIMAL DESCRIBED ABOVE. BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES HE/SHE HAS READ, UNDERSTANDS AND ACCEPTS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STATED ABOVE.
